Registration: Basic Mediation Training – 40 Hrs

On completion and submission of this form, you will pay online via Paypal to complete your registration (you do not need a Paypal account.) If you do not wish to make payment online, please do not register online: instead, download the Registration Form, and mail completed form with a check, to arrive by March 1, 2010 (mailing address on form).

When: March 19, 20, 21, 27, 28 2010; 8 am-5:30 pm
Where: Quality Inn Suites 411 McKnight Ave. NW Albuquerque, NM (near I-40 & 4th St.)
Cost: $750 with a $150 non-refundable deposit required
